Section 17

Privileges and immunities to Nepali citizens or diplomatic representatives who are permanent residents of Nepal

Exemption from the jurisdiction of Nepali citizens or diplomatic representatives who are permanent residents of Nepal only in relation to the formal activities performed in the course of their duties except for the additional facilities and immunities provided by the Government of Nepal.
